• Consumer: A consumer is a person who downloads the Sco-Fit Application and/or provides his personal information to Sco-Fit.

• The nature of security taken or proposed to be taken by a credit institution from any borrower for credit facilities granted or proposed to be granted to him;

• The creditworthiness of any borrower of a credit institution;

• Data:In relation to a credit institution, or Sco-Fit means such facts which are collected by or furnished to them, in respect of a consumer, as the case may be, and form part of the credit information relating to such consumer, which is maintained, disseminated and used by them in accordance with the provisions of CICRA.
• Members: Refers to the Credit Institutions who have registered themselves with Sco-Fit as per the provisions of CICRA.
• Personal Data: Means such other data relating to an individual other than what a credit institution, or Sco-Fit is permitted to collect as per the provisions of CICRA.

Sco-Fit collects and holds Credit Information and Personal Data. This includes:

• 1. Username, Address, Contact details, and Email address. The details are gathered to deliver credit-services as per our customer’s need and requirement.
• Permission to access your messages (SMS data), storage and phone/device state and collect information about other applications that you have installed on your device.
• The credit-related information such as number of active loans, total outstanding, and payment history, past loans, securities and guarantees given, repayment timeline etc., necessary for accessing the credit worthiness of the consumer.
• Details regarding consumer employment details, additional source of income, total years of work experience, income tax returns.
• In addition, we also use cookies and other advanced technical methods to collect information and store online preferences of users.

• To provide you with the services you access on our website including but not limited to Free Credit health Check, Profiling Service, Credit Score, Tips for Credit Score Improvement, etc.

When a consumer registers at Sco-Fit, they certainly give us their consent to share the information with the third parties for relevant purpose only under a confidentiality agreement for provision of services which restricts third parties to further share or disclose user’s data for any purpose other than mentioned in agreement. In addition, Sco-Fit bears no responsibility for any breach of security by the third party for sharing any information with them.
